Download these following files first

1. DOWNLOAD MISSING DLL FILES

2. DOWNLOAD DIRECTX 9

3. DOWNLOAD DIRECTX 11

4. DOWNLOAD MICROSOFT VISUALS

Download all of those files otherwise game will not install or work.

Follow these steps.

Step 1

Type in windows search ” Virus & threat protection. click it.
Click the manage settings under the virus & threat protection settings.
Turn off all of those settings.

Step 2

Download the missing dll files
Extract it using winrar or 7zip (If you don’t have winrar, you can download it from here CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD WINRAR)
After extracted those missing dll files. select those both dll files and copy
Paste those files to this following locations “C:\Windows\System32″ & ” C:\Windows\SysWOW64 ”

Step 3

Download DirectX 9.
create a new folder on desktop and open the DirectX 9 set the extraction location to that new folder which you created earlier.
After extracted DirectX 9 open the folder and Scroll to middle. there you can see DXSetup.exe. open it and install it.

Step 4

Download DirectX 11.
create a new folder on desktop and open the DirectX 11 set the extraction location to that new folder which you created earlier.
After extracted DirectX 11 open the folder and Scroll to middle. there you can see DXSetup.exe. open it and install it.
